Great Spot in Bernal

This cute hotel had the basics for an over night stay in Bernal. An easy walk into centro, a cut little outdoor space, secure parking and clean rooms.

To shower you had to choose very hot water or cold, the knobs were hard to control. The hotel is closed at 10:00 pm and cannot go out or in until the next day, no front desk service.

Es un buen hotel pero puede mejorar.

Pues es un buen lugar para vacacionar, lo malo es que no se hace énfasis a las familias grandes por parte de recepción que sean más sigilosos, puesto que nos tocó que llegaban muy noche y se iban de madrugada haciendo demasiado ruido para los demás huéspedes. Y por parte de las habitaciones es un poco complicado regular el agua de la regadera (o sale hirviendo o sale helada)

Es un hotel sencillo,pero suuuper limpio . Llegamos de una fiesta en la madrugaday el servicio fue excelente. Esta a seis minutos caminando del centro de peña.

Muchas gracias. El servicio excelente, muy tranquilo, muy cómodo y sobretodo las habitaciones muy limpias. Me gustó la ubicación porque está muy cerca del centro de Bernal y muy cerca del lugar al que asistimos a nuestra convención.

Un día nos quedamos sin bañar, porque de la regadera salía sólo el agua fría. A la pregunta si me pueden reembolsar el día, justo cuando no tuvieron el agua, el personal amablemente me dijo que este detalle no estaba contemplado en las políticas de la empresa. Tampoco hay Internet en todas las habitaciones, ni teléfono interno para comunicarse: uno tiene que bajar para hablar en la recepción.
