Nice and beautiful but, no coffee machine in lobby or room and power went off for about 9 hours with no a/c or tv, light it was dark, could not see if I had to go use the bathroom.

My fammily and I enjoyed our one night stay there. My mother was fascinated with the place. It’s just so peaceful and beautiful. The service was absolutely incredible from the start until we left.

Lots of mold in the bathroom, on the curtains and on the furniture. Old curtains with stains as well as the bed sheets they were not changed it was the exact same bedsheets with the exact same stains and sewed holes. Hotel rooms need to be better kept. Ice cold showering water. The property It’s self is beautiful everything outside the rooms is beautiful as well as the animals.

El hotel es hermoso y enorme. Obviamente hay algunos detalles menores de cuidado de una propiedad tan extensa pero me parece que no deslavan el valor. Esta bastante cerca del Centro incluso a pie pero en una zona muy tranquila asi que el descanso fue realmente reparador. Fuimos con una peque que quedó encantada con los jardines y los animalitos de la propiedad.
