El recepcionista se mostró poco amable y prácticamente indiferente. El estacionamiento está a dos cuadras y fui muy complicado bajar el equipaje ya que no tienen area de carga y descarga. Caro para lo que ofrecen.

Very noisy and exposed
The room was clean, and the attention at arrival very good, although it was a room with a window by the street and you could hear every car through the night plus people gatherings.

Each room is named after a different type of wine. Our room was big and clean and has a balcony with flowers. There is also a spa with massage services. Its really nice for the price and I will definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The bathrooms were small, but otherwise I have no complaints.

Very good option to stay near Dowtown
The hotel is really nice, very clean and the personnel is very kind. From my perspective, is a little bit noisy in the morning. Specially for a big watch that sounds loud at 6:00 am. The people at the breakfast room can also be heard from our room. The location is great, it is very near to the downtown and places of interest.

Con este hotel en particular no respetaron el precio establecido en la aplicación, según ellos a partir de 12 años se contabiliza como adulto y te cobran extra, sin embargo en la aplicación lo considera a partir de 18 años. Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, sin aire acondicionado, no valen la tarifa que piden, creo se pueden encontrar mejores opciones.

Ubicada a unos minutos del centro de Tequisquiapan. Puede parecer un inconveniente el que no tenga estacionamiento propio, pero tiene convenio con uno público para facilitar dónde dejar el auto. Es una excelente opción para hospedarse. La atención del personal es agradable y están prestos a dar la ayuda hasta donde es posible para cumplir los deseos del huésped.

Todo estuvo perfecto. El hotel muy bonito. Muy apropiado a las características del lugar. Muy limpio ordenado. La habitación excelente en tamaño y puedes ir caminando a 5 minutos de la plaza y los lugares para visitar. Gracias!!!

Llegamos más temprano y nos permitieron hacer el check-in antes y también, nos dejaron hacer check out, una hora después del horario establecido. El hotel es pequeño pero lindo, el personal es muy amable y servicial, en general es muy tranquila y segura la ubicación. Aunque no tienen estacionamiento, cuentan con una opción compartida con otros hoteles que está vigilada y en donde el auto está seguro, literalmente está a 3 cuadras de donde te hospedas. Está muy bien ubicado, como a 5 minutos caminando hacia la plaza central de Tequis, alrededor varios negocios locales y restaurantes.
