This a great stay as it's conveniently located off the Highway very close by car to Liverpool, the Hotel seems quite new and it was very clean. The pool works with Solar Heaters so in January water was cold. Very clean. Something to improve is the system to regulate Hot and Cold water, it's difficult to get it stable on the right temperature going from pretty hot to cold. Other than this, it's a pretty good option, I would come back.

The hotel was fine. It’s newer and well kept. The area around the hotel is desolate. A 20 minute walk brings you go the mall but there’s nothing close to the hotel. Not even a convenience store. The restaurant is fine for an overpriced hotel restaurant but this is a locally owned Mexican hotel. I expected more from the food. I have a house in Mexico, my husband is Mexican. I know the food. This was typical overpriced hotel food in any country. But I will say all oh the staff who worked in the restaurant where excellent. The hotel staff where also excellent. Tbe service from management sucked. -5 stars. So 1 star because the staff was 6 stars. Why was management terrible? I booked with an option to change my reservation with 24 hours notice. I gave 72 hours notice I needed to change to checkout 1 day early. The desk clerk said no I can’t because o booked through an online agency. I called the agency and they called the hotel. I heard the desk agent answer the phone when they called and I heard her hang up. I heard them call 4 more times with no answer. They finally came back to me and explained and I told them I was able to hear it all. They then emailed the manager for a resolution because I was entitled to a refund for the day I needed to cancel. TBD manager also ignored them and they said they would remove this hotel from their site. But I want to warn everyone else. Do not book here if you might need to change a reservation.

While the room itself was acceptable, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron. My primary disappointment was with the jacuzzi, which features prominently in the hotel’s main promotional photo. Unfortunately, the water was ice cold during my stay. When I asked the staff if it could be heated, I was told this wasn’t possible due to lack of sunlight—an explanation that seemed questionable for what should be a controllable amenity.

The hot water didn’t work in the shower after 1 minute, then freezing cold. The spa wasn’t heated (as advertised on Expedia), otherwise a good simplified hotel room.

La experiencia fue regular, ya que en el baño de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente el lavado, ya que se atasca el agua, y el excusado estaba tapado, también se escucha mucho ruido del exterior el cual lo perlite el mejor descanso. La regadera estaba sucia, tenia cabellos colgando. Al momento de estar empacando para salir salió un insecto tipo cucaracha. Tampoco hay teléfono dentro de la habitación para comunicarse al lobby.

Habitación sin ventilación.

No hay ventanas, ni en la habitación ni en el baño. Tuve que dejar la puerta de la habitación abierta para ventilar un poco. Fuera de eso, estaba limpio en general. Fue conveniente para una noche.
