"We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant. I hope to come back soon! "Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."

"Rooms are beautifully decorated, the interior of the hotel is also nicely designed, but the staff wasn’t particularly friendly. Sure they did the job but it felt a bit, if not hostile, indifferent. Some parts of restaurant aren’t cleaned properly, you could see dust on consoles, bread crumbs on sofas. And then also their spa didn’t work. They have known this at the time of my booking but only informed me some days before my arrival when the booking was non refundable. "
