「Value too much 」

「Room was fine, clean and bed was comfortable. Nice hot water in the shower. Best thing about the hotel was the fitness room. Coffee didn’t taste good and I didn’t like the breakfast setup so ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. I liked that it was on the golf course but the course was closed during our stay. Also they charged for parking. The golf course was closed so there was a big huge empty parking lot and they charged me to park. Not happy about that.」

「My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the location was very convenient. Overall, we had an excellent experience and truly enjoyed our stay!」

「This is a brand new property. Everything is sparkling and the rooms are spacious and nice. It’s very close to the Mesa airport.」

「The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel and room was disappointing. The room and hotel had a strong mildew smell, the floors had not been vacuumed, and the bathroom looked worn out and also smelled unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel properly cleaned. For the price, I expected better cleanliness and maintenance. Hopefully, management can address these issues to improve the guest experience.」

「Great hotel!」
