"I along with 35 other people waited in line to check in at 3:15pm for 55 MINUTES to only be told they have moved my reservation to Hilton Hotel.
There was only two front desk staff during my entire 55 MINUTES standing in line to get my check in turn to check in.
Front desk staff could have walked thru the line up and I form us ALL to go to Hilton Hotel. They did not take any id or info and just pointed me in the direction of the Hilton Hotel.
A total waste of my family's time which then...
