「This motel is the worst place ever. It's disgusting, roaches, mice and rooms with neon green signs on room doors stating CONDEMNED. Unlivable, unsafe. Once I seen my NASTY room I immediately left and had to check into the Comfort Inn. I contacted Expedia for a refund. 」

He was asking me to pay again, even though I had a receipt that showed I pre-paid...and he was not asking me to pay "incidentals". He was asking for the same rate that was previously debited from my account. He claimed "it says pay at property" but would not show me where it said that. 「Terrible !!! Dirty not clean the owner was rude and didn’t care about the conditions of the room. I asked for partial refund and was denied. Rat poop in the heaters. Dog hair in tubs dead bugs. Body fluids everywhere! Also drug dealers outside with guns. The owner still didn’t care what they were doing. Don’t go to this place it should be shut down !」
