We liked the location of this property. Easy access to Old Quebec and a nice and lively neighbourhood. The rooms are so clean and the beds comfortable. Not crazy about the washroom outside the room though. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location and staff. Room and bathroom were modern and clean. Could have used better lighting and a little coffee maker for the first morning coffee. Also would have liked a functioning tv. Otherwise we enjoyed the location which is walking distance to many interesting sights.

There is no staff. The rooms are far from soundproof. Great location but plan for parking difficulty. There is an Indigo lot I paid $55 American for two full days. (Download app ahead of time) Overall, I plan to return based on price, balcony, and location.

Wonderful New Years Holiday Stay

We had a delighful time during our 4 day stay. Ideally located in the vibrant Montcalm neighborhood. Breakfast was included in our stay and if we went over the alloted budget on occasion it was well worth it. Property secure and kept clean. We would gladly stay there again and recommend to friends!
