Our team should and is dedicated to assisting our guests in anything they may need during their stay. Although our establishments follow a no contact and self check-in process, I can assure you that our values have been reiterated to our staff. As for the noise, la Maison Kent is located in a historic building. Noise travels differently, however, our staff is always available by phone, and are happy to make their way on site if other guests are being disruptive.
