「I really don't have a bad word to say regarding the staff, they were all quite helpful and friendly. My low rating is related to the hotel itself, it's just so run down and is in desperate need of a remodel or refurbish. I was handed a fresh towel at the pool that was covered in bleach stains. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing, there was nothing on offer besides bread, cheese and fruits which was a let down. 「First try to charge me an early check-in when hotel is totally empty, then ask a 100 dhs security deposit for the room (for what, he couldn't tell....).
Totally run down hotel, weird communication under 2 different names (Palette Marina View and Happy Days).
Rooms are old, but spacious and clean, very nice Seaview from higher floors, but night club in the hotel, extremely noisy from 10pm till 2am.
It was ok for a short business trip, but definitely not a place to rest...」
