"Value for money if you're on a budget. Positives are location with a private beach and kind of out of the crowded spots of Mauritius. Excellent staff and Mr. Shreeni the manager is an asset for their company. He manages his clients efficiently. Negatives are power cuts & related water problems are there, bit of a old villa and not a carpeted one for a 3 star status. "

"3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again. "

"We didn’t know exactly what to expect from Bon Azur or the area, but were pleasantly surprised by both. The property is well maintained, with excellent beach views (and access). You do need a car to get around, but there are options within walking distance too (just not many). The staff is excellent…and very happy to help, give advice, and sort out any issues that may come up. Highly recommended!"

"An absolutely stunning place right on the ocean with your own private little beach and private pool. The host was absolutely lovely and did everything to ensure our stay was great. This accommodation was stunning. Truly did not want to leave. It was spacious and luxurious for our family of four and truly loved taking in our view every day. "Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

"Very comfortable and easy making reservations with the manager Ram. They need a good sign out on the road for the suites. Supermarket next door handy if you wanted to eat in as there is a decent kitchen and balcony in each suite. "

"Die Villa war wirklich toll, alles war wie beschrieben, die Zimmer, Küche und Badezimmer waren super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. "The most amazing hotel we have both stayed in. The views and location are incredible.. the ocean view rooms are stunning, spacious with large balconies. The food was amazing.. even the buffet was great. We ate at each restaurant once and loved every one. The staff are absolutely outstanding. The most respectful, helpful and friendly people.. nothing was too much effort for them. We had the privilege of dining at ocean vista one evening where we got engaged… the sommelier allowed my fiancé to open the champagne with a sabre and gave us the cork as a memento. The only slight negative we have… when we checked in they noticed it was my birthday while we were there and said they would decorate the room and asked what flavour cake we wanted… unfortunately neither of these things happened which we were disappointed with. Overall an incredible stay and we will 100% be back!"
