「The location was great, only 10 minutes to all the points of interest. Ignore reviews about parking saying car park is small, I drive a Tesla Y which is wide and I had no issue. There was a dry stain on the quilt itself where a previous guest maybe spilled their coffee but I'd have thought they might have changed the actual quilt as the quilt cover didn't hide it. The only issue as such was the fan in the bathroom didn't work so the bathroom remained wet all day and towels didn't dry」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Hotel cardinal is all about the location. We had amazing views of the cathedral which was particularly interesting during the evening light show when we returned. The room and bathroom were very clean but would benefit from some storage. We had a great breakfast in the breakfast room downstairs which was spacious and comfortable.」

「The property is in a good place, a short walk from the old town. If you are away for longer than a few days the standard rooms are small. We had problems with locking the safe and the tv. The issue with the safe was resolved the next day but the problem with the tv was not resolved. There was a space for a fridge in our room but no fridge. 「room was clean and very comfortable, staff were fine and any contact we had they always seemed helpful. Breakfast was great always something you should like. Now the problems, car parking at 19 euros a night I believe is a little pricey and to have a swim another 14 euros, only hotel I ever been too that charge staying guests extra to use the pool. One other issue was that the friends we stayed there with were given a key to a already occupied and I mean occupied room, for them embarrassment for...

「Le camere sono in parte ristrutturate, ma la struttura è ancora vecchia e alcuni elementi sono di scarsa igiene, come la moquette per terra e le doppie tende pesanti. Purtroppo abbiamo anche trovato tante formiche in camera. Inoltre in mancanza di sapone nella doccia abbiamo chiesto alla reception di poterlo riempire durante la nostra assenza ma non è stato fatto.」
