"The room was not the room we booked on line. Requested a room change and was shown the same room but on a different floor. The one we got, came with a price increase. Moved the next day..Mold and mildew everywhere. Hard to breathe. Nothing we could do about it. I The rooms are very dated. Bathroom was clean and updated. Staff, especially Gusmi, were very nice. "

"Great 2 night stay. Location was ideal, right off the beach and walking distance to the Dragon Bridge. Room was nothing fancy but clean and the AC worked well. Staff was delightful and the rooftop pool lived up to the pics online. Breakfast was skimpy on vegetarian options is my only complaint. "

"Very good location, only a few minutes from the beach and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants close by. Staff were so friendly especially with my young baby, always helping with the pram when it comes to the steps and accommodated with a cot in the room free of charge. Breakfast was delicious and changed everyday."

"The shower was dirty room smelled when we walked in like it has been closed for months. Even tho i paid for a week we went to another hotel Do not book. anywhere else would be better"

"Great stay. The restaurant was amazing. The noise from construction next door really wasn’t that bad, I was on the 8th floor at the back with a corner room, so really should have been awful but it was fine. "

"A/C was great! Staff were so friendly and helpful! Felt like family as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The breakfast was over the top!! And the after noon tea was a perfect holdover to dinner on the town.. Emma took care of all our needs from start to finish! Recommend the best coffee shops and places to visit while in DaNang:) Thank you M Hotel for an excellent experience while in Vietnam!! Will surely miss it all.. Until next time:)"
