「The staff at Arbutus Grove made us feel very welcome, including our dog. They were very kind and considerate. Many dog-friendly motels get very strict when you mention you have a dog with you, and slam you with a long list of additional rules. Arbutus Grove welcomed our doggy with big smiles.」

Returned key to receptionist and she gave me a second key to another room - exactly same issue in this room. Return a 3rd time to reception, get another room key ….. yes same thing! Housekeeping is called to clean one room while I wait but no cleaning was done - just new sheets and towels while cleaning products remain outside the room on the cart. I request a full...
