"The staff was very nice & when I called 2 c if I could have 2 beds instead of 1 she was nice enough to change it. On the other hand the hot tub bubbles didn’t work when we turned the timer on. Then 1 of the staff members who had a key to pool pump room went & did something maybe reset a breaker bec when he came back out he said should go in a min & it started up. Hot tub also had sand in it on the seats & in the bottom. No breakfast staff to be seen. The breakfast consisted of Cheerios, a danish, white bread for toast, English muffin, bagel, banana, apple, yogurt, a little plain egg breakfast potatoes, sausage patty or a waffle the OJ tasted like water with a little orange coloring in it. Apple juice had flavor but it’s not my thing. There was Milk for the Cheerios. The couple who came in to get bkfst shortly after us couldn’t get waffle batter to come out they went & found someone & they said maybe it was empty or sometimes it just gets stuck in there she took out the container that hold the batter it wasn’t empty so so took it bk to the kitchen and must have gotten it unstuck they also made the comment that the OJ had no flavor tasted like water. The rooms were clean but when we tried to plug our phones in & I tried to plug in my hearing aide in to charge them for the nxt day and none of the plug in’s worked we tried different things u plug in with no success. I don’t think I’ll be returning"
