It is not internationally standardised but a uniquely designed and developed most likely by the hotel. And that is the problem. Guests tend to be tired after flight and just want to settle in and relax. Yet, it takes ages to work out how the buttons work and are responsible for what, which can be frustrating. While the staff are helpful, if guests seek assistance, but who want to call the staff to seek assistance if you can self-work out?
