Friendly staff and room was clean. 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. The only drawback is that there is no coffee shop at or near the hotel. Overall, it is a great hotel.

The hotel manager at front desk very very helpful for fixing up my room at once and very sincerely solve the problem of my room and arrange change for me as it is not easy as my rooms booked as connected rooms. Overall very satisfy with the service.

A few comments: 1. The property is elegant and well maintained. But it’s not new, for example, the carpet in the room is old, the bed mattress and the blanket is not new m. But I know they are doing some renovations right now. 2. The service overall is good. But there was one day, I put the house keeping request sign on the door, but did not get the house keeping service until night I came back. For a 5 stars hotel, this is unacceptable. 3. I booked a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, which is the reason I choose this place. However, it was actually a bathtub without massage function, because the remote is missing. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed this hotel, including, super convenient location, unique view, and good breakfast buffet options.

Refurbishment urgently necessary

First the positive: Location is actually quite nice. If you are in the Tower A you can enjoy Seaview and view over the former Olympic sailing center. Also the night view and light show of the skyline of Qingdao is quite nice.( who likes it) The service overall is quite good and the Executive lounge very enjoyable. Restaurants and Shopping Mall nearby. Subway station about a 15 min walk away. But: The whole room furniture need's to be scrapped and replaced,.as well the carpet and bathroom interior. Better the whole hotel must be refurbished fro the core. Also the cleanliness was awful. After arrival I found on the desk a sticky substance which was very disgusting.Everywhere stains on carpet and sofa. Strong smell in the bathroom. Overall not worth for the money. Only for the view and service....Never again.

我們一行四人於 2025 年 11 月 20 日下午約二時在貴酒店辦理入住，分別租住了兩間房間。令人遺憾的是，剛進入房間時室內溫度已高達 29 至 30 度，環境十分悶熱。客房部的服務員態度非常友善，並建議我們關掉暖氣，表示溫度會逐漸下降。然而，事實並未如預期，兩間房間在連續多晚的夜間溫度始終維持在約 26 度，白天更升至 29 至 30 度，房間長期處於高溫狀態，導致我們完全無法得到良好的休息，嚴重影響住宿體驗。 酒店經理其後安排了一日免費早餐作為補償，但由於我們另有行程，未能享用。此外，酒店亦減免了每間房半晚的房價。雖然我們感謝酒店的善意安排，但這些補償措施仍不足以彌補我們在住宿期間所承受的長時間不適與夜間煎熬。高溫環境不僅影響睡眠質素，更令整體旅程蒙上陰影。 我們期望酒店能正視此問題，檢視房間空調及溫度控制系統，以確保日後住客能享有舒適的住宿環境。

Tive problema com ar-condicionado. Não funcionava e estava muito calor. Enviaram ventiladores, mas não resolveu. Estava cansado do trabalho e dormi muito mal. Apenas resolveu no dia seguinte quando me trocaram de quarto. Fiquei com uma má impressão, mas pelo menos resolveram.
