"The hotel is a little old but still fantastic .The staff are amazing and it’s a great position to go site seeing from. The only problem we had was the pool gets shaded by 2.00pm so if you are a sun worshipper be warned . Other than that the restaurants are all fabulous . The spa is great too"

"Airport arrival, as many other countries busy but organized. Upon arrival to the reception the staff was not very friendly. As expected the room wasn’t ready and it was no effort to accommodate us since we were traveling from St Marteen for 8.5 hours and having to wait for another 5 hours was less that ideal. The room was tiny and cumbersome. First it seems that none of the rooms has double beds. The bathroom door and the shower door were against each other. The shower was leaking into the floor and flooded the carpet each shower. Only a pull-up sofa that made a lot of noise if you move during the night."

"I booked a one bedroom suite. It was an amazing size, clean and well maintained. Staff was polite and helpful. Good was great with a nice helpful chef in the breakfast time. Only thing, the pool chair cushions and the guards outfit need some attention Otherwise all was great"

"I absolutely loved this hotel. It was my first trip to Egypt and my stay was top tier. The staff, the restaurants and the shopping were all excellent. The breakfast was like no other. I would stay here again and again and highly recommend. I also appreciated the attention to security."
