"I stayed in a 2 Bedroom Apartment in Esra Hotels with my family. The stay was okay, but the price was high for a 2 star rated accommodation. Let me list out the negatives and the positives The negatives:- 1) High priced 2) Breakfast not included ! 3) The swimming pool is not temperature controlled. Not ideal during winter. 4) The pool changing room do not have lights. 5) The Apartment is slightly far away from the Town Centre. 6) No lift - A problem if you have heavy luggage and given a 1st...

"We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is authentic, beautiful and clean. We had a room with a canal view and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff is accommodating and friendly. We ate at the restaurant on site and the chef made me a special dish of fhul madames, even though it was not on the menu. Wine is available for purchase at the restaurant. There is also a gym on site, and a free shuttle to the airport. "
