The property manager told us not to panic and tried to minimise our concern and told us there was nothing wrong despite the safety issue. A technician came and we were told to wait while the door was being fixed. We complained as we were so exhausted and the place should have been ready. Eventually we were upgraded to the next unit. 「The doorknobs are ridiculous. Full stop! Not only did I have issues with trying to get in, so did other guests. I refuse to ever stay again for that alone. The heater/ac unit remote stopped working, the stove didn’t work, there’s no door or curtain on the shower so water goes everywhere, bed was hard and lumpy, duvet was too small….
