We previously stayed at The White Hotel in 2019 and loved it. We knew the White Hotel will be undergoing renovations and there will be reduced facilities. The apartments themselves are still beautiful with comfortable beds and terrific showers. However, the kitchens in the apartments only had 3 mugs and 3 glasses. No plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave, tea-towels or dish-washing detergent which is unacceptable as the restaurant and bakery were closed. We couldn't convince staff to provide these. Also, there was no shuttle bus to the Phoenix ski resort unlike previous years.

Great value for money. Probably best ever. Room is bigger than I expected and building was biggest then I expected. Loved No-man continent store. However, it is a big regretful that all other facilities (Restaurants, Gym ) are not open yet. But considering price, it is fare and make sense.

Excellent!
The terrace suites are accurately depicted in the hotel pictures. Very clean and everything was brand new. There is a shuttle bus to the ski resort that runs every 30 mins. Overall, fantastic stay and experience.

I booked for 4 people but was given futon for 3 people. Requested for an additional 1 futon but was told need extra charges. Found this unwelcomed and unreasonable. Hotel also did not provide water dispenser. Hope the hotel management can look into the matter. Other than that, others are good

전반적으로 청결하고 큰 문제는 없었습니다만, 부대시설이 모두 리뉴얼중인 점은 미리 알려주셨으면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다 (체크인 며칠 전에 예약 고객을 위한 부대시설 사전할인 구매 및 이용 안내 문자는 보냈지만, 실제로는 아무 것도 운영하고 있지 않았습니다). 방이 따뜻하다 못해 매우 더웠는데 실내에 있는 온도 조절기는 작동하지 않고, 프론트 안내는 단지 창문을 조금 열면 된다고만 하셔서 이 부분은 좀 이상했습니다. 방 안 시설은 대체로 잘 구비되어 있고 깔끔합니다. 방에 인덕션과 싱크대가 구비되어 있지만 사용은 금지하고 계신데, 사용할 수 있게 운영하시면 투숙객들은 훨씬 더 편리하지 않을까 생각합니다.

진입도로 제설 좀 하세요.
진입로가 헷갈려 밤에 진입하다가 길이 없는 산속으로 들어 갈뻔 했고 제설작업이 제대로 되지않아 도로가 빙판이었음.

편안하고 조용한 숙박
빌라동 듀플렉스 방3개황질4개에 큰 거실과 가족들 여행에 너무 편리했네요. 전에 제공되었던 호텔 스키장간 셔틀버스나 카페 .레스토랑운영이 중단된 점은 아쉬웠어요. 전기포트등이 고장나서2번교체해주셨고 부엌이 큰데 요리못하는건 그렇다치고 전자렌지정도는 있으면 편리할거 같네요

추천합니다.
휘닉스파크 이용을 위해 예약했습니다. 매년 하던 셔틀이 올해부터는 없어졌다고 해서, 짐을 파크 락커에 보관하고 몸만 걸어서 왔다갔다헸네요. 걸어서 15분 거리이며 경사가 완만해서 걷는데 큰 불편은 없었습니다. 운동되고 좋았어요 방은 충분히 넓고 침대도 편안해서 잘 쉬었습니다. 면도기, 치약칫솔 등의 개인 용품은 준비하셔야 하구요. 밤새 시끄러운 방 근처에 묵었는데 방음이 좀 아쉬웠던게 단점이라면 단점이네요.

빌라라는 이름이 아까움. 그냥 호텔로 판매해야함
6명 친구 모임으로 방문했는데 방3개 욕실 3개로 쾌적한 잠자리를 갖을 수 있었다. 그러나 빌라라는 룸 이름에 맞지 않게 너무 훌륭한 주방 상태를 이용할 수 없었고 심지어 티포트 외에는 아무것도 없어서(차도 믹스커피만, 티스푼도 없음) 모든 걸 밖에서 해결해야 했다. 적지 않은 비용을 지불하고 빌라룸같은 여느 숙소에서 제공되는 기본도 제공받지 못해 아쉬움이 컸고, 난방도 바로 되지 않아 서비스를 요청해야만 했다. 빌라라는 방 이름을 그냥 호텔로 판매해야 할 듯. 룸 컨디션이 너무 아까웠다
