I ordered room service which took 45 mins . The hot soup i ordered was cold! I requested coke zero , unfortunately regular coke sent. I had to wait again for it. So room service was horrible!

Sofitel London Gatwick
This hotel is worth the money if you are flying out of Gatwick. The staff are very nice the hotel is clean and quiet and it is attached to the airport so its very easy when travelling. Highly recommend.
