Отель бюджетный.Довольно чисто.Расположение хорошее,рядом все достопримечательности.Огорчило,что заявлена была односпальная кровать,по факту сдвинутые, и щель между ними.Вторая неожиданность- не было в номере холодильника,при бронировании в номере он должен быть.Очень хорошее кафе,отличное отношение.Рекомендуем отель в целом Цены вполне демократичные,но на короткий срок.

в общем, все нормально. из минусов, на рицепшине в ночное время только охрана? просили разбудить на экскурсию - не разбудили. в номере, можно добавить тарелочку, и зачем то , двух тумбовый кабинетный стол? Друзья уехали раньше и забыли на охраняемой стоянке вещь, через час перезвонили нам, просили забрать, охрана не нашла....

Соответствует цене но это все же общежитие РГСУ
В Пятигорске в принципе мало хороших гостиниц. Эта гостиница дешевая - 1300 руб и стоит того. Единственное нигде при бронировании не было написано, что это общежитие РГСУ

Очень понравился отель, удобное расположение, в центре, у подножия горы Машук, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, рядом гале реи источников, пили минеральную воду каждый день, погода была прекрасная до +13 градусов, солнечная. Об отеле: доброжелательный персонал, уборка в номере каждый день, чистота в номере, смена белья, полотенец, каждый день туалетные принадлежности, есть столовая, где вкусно готовят и разнообразно. Очень довольны отелем, оценка 5+, и в целом поездкой. Отель рекомендуем.

Деньги на ветер
Начитавшись отзывов ожидали гораздо большего. На самом деле это обычная советская гостиница. Скорее всего - общежитие студентов, которое сдается, когда у студентов каникулы.
В номерах все самое бюджетное. Самая дешевая сантехника, фурнитура, мебель самая дешевая. Унитаз, у которого был сломан круг и надо было держаться, чтобы не скатиться вместе с этим кругом. После смыва нужно было ждать 15 минут, пока наберется бочек. Кровати самые обычные. Больших двухспальных кроватей у них в принципе нет, хотя при бронировании эта опция есть. Они просто сдвигают кровати вместе, вот и получается большая кровать :)
В коридоре стоял бойлер с водой для питья, в бутылях которого была обычная водопроводная вода.
Мы вообще не поняли, за что платили 1800 рублей.

Cheap hotel in the nice place
I`v stayed here for 5 days. It was very simple hotel for not demanding travelers.
There are only necessary furniture in my room. And bathroom with shower too. That`s all ))
Shared the cooler with water.

Удобный отель с отличным видом на город!
Был в Пятигорске первый раз, отель очень понравился прежде всего из-за вида с балкона, откуда можно рассмотреть практически весь город. Персонал доброжелательный, заселили быстро. Завтрак простой, но вкусный.

Ужас!
Сказать что "ужас" - ничего не сказать. Но по порядку: столовая - полный обман на завтраках, которые не стоят своих денег. В первый раз брали что хотели и платили только за то что выбрали сами, во второй раз нам швырнули сырники, масло, хлеб, 1 кусочек сыра и манную кашу, которую не возможно есть, блины и чай. И взяли по 200 руб/чел. На резонное замечание что это обдираловка - на нас наехал весь персонал столовой и мы были вынуждены звонить руководству столовой. Ни каких йогуртов, десертов (как и положено на завтрак согласно меню) нам не предложили. Зато нахамили и наорали. При чем что одна смена - нормальные вменяемые девочки, а в другой смене - хамки!
Теперь сам отель: уставшие номера, с ремонтом 00-годов. Односпальные разномастные кровати сдвинутые вместе обозначают 2-спальную кровать. В номере устойчивый запах больничной палаты, не помогло даже 3-х часовое проветривание номера, запах такой - что спать невозможно, как воняло медикаментами так и воняет. Шторы оторванные по углам от карниза, грязь, пыль, убитые с/у с плесенью. Затертый ковролин, скрипучие двери. В общем - полная совдепия и несоответствие цена/качество.
Из плюсов: милые девочки на ресепшн, близость до центра города.
Не рекомендую этот отель, а столовую советую вообще обходить стороной, а то будете виноваты во всем.
