"I didn't like anything due to the fact we couldn't even find the place in the beginning because it's not an actual hotel. The staff reported my reservations was cancel which was not true so leaving me to think I'm in another country with no where to stay. The place was not clean and look nothing like the picture with the decorations. We had to ask for cleaning supplies the first night just to take a shower and not be discussed. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I'm not the one to do...

I would especially like to commend Mr. Nestory, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction are second to none. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whenever a minor issue arose, he addressed it promptly and efficiently. Equally impressive was the respect, kindness, and genuine courtesy he extended to every guest, reflecting exceptional leadership and a true passion for hospitality. My sincere appreciation also goes to Erika and the entire reception team. They were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, making every interaction a pleasure. The restaurant staff were equally exceptional. Their attentive service, combined with consistently delicious, high-quality meals, made every dining experience enjoyable.
