「We are the customers checking staying in this hotel. The experience is very unsatisfactory and unhappy. There were insects in room, stain on the carpet, phone, alarm, hair dryer, they were all no function. There were hair clip, bottle caps left in room from other customers stayed before. When asking for room cleaning, nothing happened even I came to the front desk reiterating our demand. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. The worst and terrible hotel we have ever stayed. They don't care...

「Could not enter lobby. Had to do transaction through a "ticket window". Had to sign the back of a "paper". He said he needed that for expedia. Room was horrific soiled bedding, cigarette burns in bedding, etc. People walking on the outside of rooms looking in the windows. I went back to the window and told him I wouldn't stay there and that I wanted a refund. He said he would ask Expedia to refund it.I just wanted out of there. Actually very scared and uncomfortable.」
