「Fabulous location since super close to the university and esp the baseball / softball field. Just .7 mi away. It is an older building but interior is completely updated. Condo was just as advertised; photos represent well. Very clean and stocked w basics. We only cooked breakfast but there is a full set of pots / pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, etc. shower was great and stocked w soap, shampoo, conditioner. PIllows are a little soft. Bed is kinda tall as it has a full box / top mattress but...

「Condo was small but perfect for a short stay (3-4 days). Beach was wonderful especially at low tide. Hot tub in the facility was great. We ate at many of the great restaurants in St. Augustine so we did not need to use the condo's adequate kitchen facility. Condo was clean when we arrived. 」

「This was a great place to stay. The host was easy to contact upon arrival and everything was there as was stated. The bed is a sleep number bed, which was better than many hotel beds we’ve slept in. My biggest complaint is that the A/C is governed to only go down to 70 degrees. When it’s still 80 degrees at night and the humidity is 90%, 70 doesn’t really cut it very well, I wound have liked it to at least go down to 68. 「This was an overpriced terrible place to stay. The pictures are a complete lie. Mini fridge not a full size. Bathroom was disgusting, shower was filthy and we had to fix the toilet. The coffee creamer in the fridge looked like cottage cheese. Tv constantly buffered, wifi weak i guess. We left a day early. 」

「Sorry to say the mattresses were so firm that it was like sleeping on a blanket on the floor. Same with the sofa. Nice place though but we left the day before we were scheduled to go home. Went to a hotel on the beach with real mattresses to get some sleep. 」
