Absolutely recommended!

We had a fantastic experience here. We arrived way after check in time because we got stuck in a road block, but the manager was super helpful and instructed the night guard so that we could be welcomed to our room. Staff are exceptionally professional and helpful. The rooms super clean and beautifully made. Breakfast delicious and they even have a private reserve with a lovely one km trail. Cannot recommend enough!!

The cabins were very cute but the walls are quite thin so we could hear our neighbours talking all night. The cabin doors do not offer any privacy as there is a huge glass in it, and although its not clear, you can still see through it well enough to see there is or isn't someone inside

El ruido de la habitación vecina.

Una DECEPCIONANTE EXPERIENCIA. Todo iba según lo esperaba, una estadía que me iba a permitir un descanso alejado de la rutina habitual. El problema se dió a la hora de dormir. La habitación #4 (la que reserve) se encuentra a la par de la #5 y sucede que TODO, literalmente TODO lo que se hace en la habitación contigua se escucha en la dónde me encuentro. Son las 2 de la mañana y no he podido conciliar el sueño ya que los huéspedes vecinos aún conversan. NO RECOMIENDO elegir dicha cabaña o habitación, no sé si en el resto de cabañas/habitaciones que estén unidas suceda lo mismo. Reiteró que si la intención de su visita es descansar no puedan lograrlo. Lástima por todos los bonitos detalles del lugar.

Muy bonito lugar, la cabaña nos encantó, limpia y cómoda, súper agradable y la atención del personal es buena, está muy buen ubicado cerca del Biotopo del Quetzal y otras atracciones del área. Muy Natural para poder caminar en la naturaleza.

Falta de Igualdad al trato de huéspedes.

El lugar es lindo, muy agradable, el servicio fue bueno! La comida muy rica, pero no fue muy cómoda mi estadía en el lugar, nuestra habitación fue una suite junior, hay dos por cabaña y personalmente fue tan molesto porque los vecinos de la habitación al lado hicieron tanto ruido hasta muy tarde en la madrugada. Las dos noches que estuve fue lo mismo, las habitaciones no están preparadas para poder bloquear el ruido de una habitación a otra. Y aunque mi pareja y yo no alzábamos la voz, no tuvimos la tv encendida como los vecinos, ellos se quejaron al siguiente día diciendo que nosotros hicimos mucho ruido, cuando nosotros escuchábamos gemidos hasta la madrugada del lado de ellos, y el personal del hotel no tuvieron el tacto ni la Ética para abordar la situación porque al momento de hacernos limpieza en nuestra habitación sacaron la cabecera del lugar, sin antes comentarnos nada, luego el encargado se acercó a sugerir moderar el “ruido que hacíamos” de una manera muy indiscreta, muy cerca de otros huéspedes, cuando nosotros no fuimos el problema, solo éramos dos en la habitación y en la otra eran 3 que seguro tuvieron sus noches muy locas. Fue muy incómodo y molesto todo eso. Nosotros primero hicimos un comentario acerca de querer cambiarnos de habitación nunca en forma de queja, más nuestro comentario fue ignorado, quizá por ser una pareja joven; fue prioridad la queja de los otros que quizá de alguna manera tenían prioridad. Fue incomodo y bastante feo.

La reservación la tenían calendarizada un día después, por fortuna sí había habitación disponible para nosotros. Pedimos el desayuno incluido y un huevo revuelto lo pedimos con jamón. Cobraron extra Q15 por ponerle jamón a 1 huevo, nos pareció una exageración.
