"Location was excellent for the Schonbrunn Palace and associated attractions in its park (e.g. zoo, concert in the orangery, etc), as well as for transportation to the rest of the city via tram and U-Bahn. Shops, restaurants, bakeries and bars all present as well. Location was the best thing about this property. Accommodation was clean but basic. All managed by the app, which I found slow and a bit clunky but it did work as intended. Access is via a keypad code given via the app. If there was a problem with setting up roaming on my phone, I'd have been screwed. Fortunately I didn't have any problems but if I had, I wonder how easy it would have been to sort out without a staff presence on site. I hadn't fully appreciated this until after I'd booked it. I probably wouldn't do it again for that reason but as I said, I did not have any problems on my trip."
