The television hotel information system would not connect. The room phone presets failed. Dialing “0” for the front desk produced no answer. Staff conduct was inconsistent. The front desk interaction was rude. Housekeeping staff yelled in the hallways. Breakfast staff were pushy toward guests. Breakfast service had operational problems. Buffet food was difficult to access. Some items were not kept warm. Overall the property showed failures in maintenance, cleanliness, guest systems, and service quality. These issues affected basic comfort during the stay."

"The hotel was good, close to airport and acceptable. I tried to get a shuttle to pick me up but they never responded. $17 taxi ride there. The breakfast is served on paper plates and plastic spoons and forks. It is a good one nighter between flights, what I used it for on a missed connection."
