The staff gaslight me about a guest that was a “good guy” who followed my college age daughter around parking area tonight when she took our dog out. He met her move every time she tried to move away from her. When I called to report it, the front desk guy said he’s working on a film and a “good guy” that has stayed since last week. Then he called back after he looked at the camera and said he was just waiting for his friend. Then tried to charge me for my pets and accusing me of not putting it in the Expedia system (that was not a booking option). Totally deflecting. We felt in danger of being trafficked and left immediately. We are now forced to drive 5 hours in the middle of the night, in fear for our lives. Don’t stay here!!!!

Reserved 2 nights. On the first night I got a phone call about a family emergency and this place did not give me a refund for the second night after I paid for the full 2 nights.

The employees were extremely nice. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Only complaint I have is the mattress was way too hard for my liking. I’d most definitely stay there again.
