「If you’re looking for a safe place to stay, this place is it. Very safe: enclosed parking, entire property is enclosed, guests wear wristbands to be identified, and you don’t have to leave for food, drink, or pool. The cleanliness was average. The people were very nice and helpful. 」

「Never again. We had to leave 2 days early and try to find another place on high season for my party of 8 because of over booking. The service was just terrible. To bad, because the area was great. Dont rent from this place.」

「First, the staff were very nice. That's why you got 1 star. The room was not good at all. One bedroom had no working light. There were no bath towels for the bedroom. The cord to operate the blind in BR#2 was broken so the blind wouldn't open. There were no filters for the coffee maker nor were there any paper towels even for the kitchen. The pool was filthy. Instead of providing us a room, we were told we could get a better room if we paid for an upgrade. I didn't want an "upgrade" I...

「Wonderful place and lovely host. Their bioluminescence tour with Luis was amazing! Bed is comfortable. Be aware that there is no AC and it is 80 degrees at night. They have a great set up, fans pointed at the beds. Highly recommend this proprty!」

「Cute idea, just poorly executed! The domo has no actual floor its just some boards with bamboo between some of the larger gaps, so the dome is filled with spiders, crickets, ants and other bugs. Booking this type of accomodation we expected some bugs but this was hundreds of bugs, and being stung and biten all night, so we got very little actual sleep. Also when we got there the dome looked cute but hadn't actually been cleaned properly, stains on the pillow cases and sheets. Very...
