When I got the hotel, they told me that they do not have any reservation for me and they said that they do not have nothing with Expedia, anny bussines. So I shoud took a room for the doble the price and only for one night. It was crazy

très bel endroit.....

y avons résidé comme 7 jours....déjeuner inclus....mais identique à tous les jours..alors je leur ai dit qu'après 7 jours j'aurai mangé 14 oeufs etc.....alors une journée nous avons eu des céréales...super bon lait.....mais des corn flakes.....et une autre journée de la marmelade.....un bon choix aurait été l'fun..et apprécié......super bien situé...personnel très accueillant .....et je me posais des questions sur un paiement et la personne est venue me reporter l'argent, je crois qu'elle a eu du remord......à part cela....piscine très appréciable.......on peut se promener dans Punta Arénas il y a beaucoup a voir .....un soir je me suis réveillée vers 3h am une gang de jeunes criaient dans la rue et la police est venue.....

Hôtel correct mais qui demande des rénovations

Nous avons eu un bon accueil. L’hôtel est bien situé dans Puntarenas. Les chambres sont vieilles et désuètes, mais elles sont très propres. La piscine entièrement rénovée donne le goût de se baigner et l’eau était chaude. Si vous avez à faire un détour par Puntarenas, je recommande cet hôtel.

Este hotel no ha recibido mantenimiento en anos. Televisores viejos y danados (volumen no puede controlarse), aire acondicionado antiguo y no podia apagarse del todo, bombillos de lamparas quemados, camas y almohadas muy incomodas. Wifi con senal debil la mayoria del tiempo

Las instalaciones estan un poco viejas y algo descuidadas en algunos sectores. La televisión de la habitación muy mal ubicada y el control remoto no servia adecuadamente. El área de piscina un poco anticuada. La limpieza de la habitación estaba aceptable. Muy bien ubicado frete a la playa. El hotel posee restaurante y en los alrededores existen muchos servicios de comidas. Balcón con vista al mar. El parqueo se encuentra a 150 metros del hotel.

This hotel is so run down it should be closed. Looked behind the scenes when leaving and it was literally a pigstall. The staff is very friendly and I feel sorry for them what they have to cope with. The owner should be ashamed of himself to let things go that far and just take the money and I can't believe expedia offers places like that. This is after we had a similar terrible experience the day before in another town. No more expedia for us.

Horrible

One needs to stay in a hotel like this, but as little as possible. This way you can know that when the hotel is not very good, it is never bad as this place. Beds Horrible, Windows didn't close so mosquito, no hot water, you name it, it was all bad. Except the AC Worked: Thank God.

El hotel está viejo, descuidado, caía comején del cielo razo, mucho ruido por la noche de los bares cercanos. Los muebles en la habitación sucios. El desayuno con media hora de retraso y feo.

Tenía que conocerlo

Conocí a su dueño muy amable y tenía que conocerlo uno de los iconos de la hotelería Puntarenas. Del hotel, posiblemente no volvería mucho ruido de la calle y tasa del sanitario no servía, no se cargaba bien el agua.

Hotel histórico con una excelente ubicación

El personal que atiende es muy atento y servicial. Es un hotel histórico, bien conservado, con habitaciones amplias, limpias y cómodas. La piscina aunque relativamente pequeña es muy cómoda y apta para nadar o simplemente refrescarse un rato. El único problema es que el restaurante tiene un menú chino-americano algo limitado, lo que es una lástima porque está ubicado en una terraza preciosa con una vista espectacular de la playa, sin embargo, existen excelentes restaurantes muy cerca, por lo que realmente es un problema menor.
