He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were! "A very clean, tidy and comfortable 3 star hotel that I surmise is family owned and possibly operated. I stayed out of season in April and it was very quiet. The breakfast is continental: mini croissants and viennoiserie ( chocolate and fruits), chocolate biscuits, fruit juices, cappuccino, espresso, cakes, tarts and tiny packs of Italian toast to enjoy with excellent butter and jams. "The hotel was very classy and clean. It was walking distance to manduria Town with nice places to eat nearby at very reasonable prices. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. "Soggiorno di 3 notti. Posizione fuori dal centro e per questo motivo molto tranquilla. Struttura nuovissima, camera spaziosissima e dotata di ogni comfort (a disposizione anche un ampio terrazzo). Pulizia eccellente come anche la colazione su ordinazione. Complimenti a Miriam e Maria Rosaria anche per la loro disponibilità e simpatia. Un augurio per tutto."

"Niente da dire. Non faccio pubblicità……..non ne hanno bisogno Tutto e’ migliorabile ( la colazione ad esempio) in questo caso c’è poco da fare…… "

"La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....

"Struttura eccellente. Abbiamo soggiornato per circa 10 gg presso questa struttura. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti dal proprietario, il sig. Marco, cordiale e disponibile. La struttura è a 2 min dal centro e dal mare di porto Cesareo, un’ottima posizione anche per visitare le spiagge limitrofe. Se dovessimo tornare nel Salento, sicuramente sceglieremmo nuovamente questa struttura."

"We booked a room and they gave us a different room with a smaller bed, we were on our honeymoon and they refused to compensate for their mistake. Instead offered a different room for 1/3 nights and 2 drinks from the bar which was a joke my wife and I don’t drink which they didn’t even bother to ask. The property is still under construction so there’s that and they played music around the property pretty loud till midnight which was annoying when we were trying to sleep "
