Hermosa experiencia, la amabilidad de las recepcionistas, mozos la verdad que la atención es excelente y el lugar trasmite una paz y tranquilidad ideal para desconectarte de todo, la accesibilidad a la playa que tiene el lugar es fantástico. 10/10 cuanto instalaciones y atención, muy acorde al precio lo vale es una experiencia única regresaré pronto.

Hotel um pouco decadente

Sempre fui neste hotel para almoçar e a comida era maravilhosa, agora trocou o chef e a comida ficou ruim. O café da manhã também estava bem ruim O quarto é muito barulhento, como está quase na rua deveriam no mínimo colocar uma janela acústica A válvula da descarga travou logo no 1º dia mas demoraram 3 dias para consertar.

Desastroso... Me la recomendaron mucho y al final un desastre todo. Habían alquilado el restaurante del hotel para un evento privado o sea tenías que ir a comer fuera. El servicio para tomar algo o picar algo en la piscina o playa era hasta las 5.30pm y nadie avisa nada. Para.colmo alquilaron parte del hotel para otra fiesta privada así q no se pudo ni dormir. Pediré mi retorno de dinero porque no lo merecen!!! Infórnense antes de ir, si tendrán fiestas privadas pq si hay alguna te quedas sin nada!!! Olvidaba, el Gerente se.le ve buena onda pero sin soluciones, y pa remate en la mañana en el desayuno se acabó el café... en fin!

O hotel é lindo e confortável, especialmente os funcionários da recepção e da área da piscina. O restaurante é ótimo, mas caro (todos os preços são em dólar). O único senão é que, pelo nível do hotel, os pães e bolos do café da manhã podiam ser de melhor qualidade.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, unico en Punta sobre la playa. Las instalaciones son buenas. Los empleados todos muy amables. Le falta detalles como un agua de cortesía en la habitación, servilletas. Colaboração para melhorar serviço restaurante

O hotel foi renovado em sua estrutura de quartos e piscina, o que ótimo. Contudo; o restaurante, café da manhã em especial, com serviço e organização deficitários, devendo retornar ao serviço e ao menu de comidas do recente passado, quando distinto e original proprietário. O restaurante não tem mais a qualidade e serviço de pessoal do passado. Uma pena, pois era bastante procurado em Punta, o que não mais ocorre.

Lindo, mas precisa de serviços de alimentação

O hotel é lindíssimo! Os funcionários super atenciosos. Na baixa temporada ( Junho) não tinha serviço de quarto e nem o restaurante funciona a noite de domingo a quinta. Contratamos a parte massagem e professora de yoga. Hotel lindo, mas precisa de serviços de alimentação na baixa temporada.

Room was very small, limited hot water, no tissue paper, given view of parking lot not ocean as booked, asked for refund as wife was so unhappy we had to book other lodging, manager lied about giving refund and stiffed us for remaining 6 nights we didn't stay at this hotel.

Hay buena voluntad y disposición, pero la realidad es que el hotel se ha quedado muy viejo. Es una pena El lugar, indudablemente es el mejor. El servicio es bueno, siendo muy bueno el servicio de habitaciones Ninguna queja La única queja, es la falta de modernización. Las habitaciones han quedado obsoletas, pero sobre todo los baños. Hoy no se corresponden las estrellas con la calidad de las habitaciones . Los baños, lamentablemente son tercermundistas En todo lo demás, un notable alto.

Primeira vez excelente, segunda nem tanto

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos no Serena. Na primeira vez a experiência foi muito legal, tanto que decidimos voltar. Dessa vez nos decepcionamos um pouco. O hotel é super bonito, pé na areia, tem um restaurante com vista do mar e serviço de praia. A área da piscina é linda e é o ponto forte do hotel. Por outro lado achamos o quarto ruim, desconfortável, extremamente pequeno, com pouco espaço para circulação (mal tinha espaço para abrir as malas). Isso realmente incomodou. Dessa vez achamos o valor da hospedagem muito alto para o que foi oferecido. Pelo menos na alta temporada, consideramos que não foi boa a relação custo benefício.

This property is an absolute rip off for what you get. The room is ridiculously small and the mattress was terrible. It's so hard you feel like you are sleeping on a piece of wood. Room faced road which is extremely busy with traffic all day/night. Hard to sleep with all the cars racing by all night long. Food in restaurants is decent but extremely expensive. Condition of the resort is not good. The pool furniture is falling apart due to wear and tear. They do not clean the pool out. There was garbage on the floor of the pool, they never clean it. Some of the staff were nice/friendly. Others were less then helpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for the price they are charging. Not worth it.

We really enjoyed ourselves. Private. Secluded Area of the beach . Beautiful pool area . We liked the Zen feeling and felt very relaxed. Nice continental breakfast with eggs. Rooms are small but cozy. We got a good deal so we thought it worth the money . We went right before Hugh Season We loved it. Good Vibes. Good massage Nice staff. Peaceful!
