The staff by the pool were not friendly they did not maintain the tiles nor the trash that people would leave behind would not come and check on you at all

The unit is not clean, not equipped with basic things, and the worst is the shower which almost had no water and the water temperature changed from very hot to very cold. Front desk are terrible, maintenance is poor. The only reason we gave them 2 stars and not one is the beautiful beach and the ...
