Our toilet didn’t flush. The shower barely trickled water and was super corroded. The cabinets were peeled and falling apart. The refrigerator was rusted inside and out. The TV did not work. The counter in the kitchen was falling in and pulling away from the wall. No idea where the breakfast actually was but as disappointed as we were didn’t want to even try. Husband literally called it a “$h1& hole and couldn’t even use it”. It’s a run down pool and apparently other hotels use the same photo to advertise having a roof top pool. The “10 out of 10” reviews had to be paid friends because it’s a hole. Praying no one else has to experience this.

Encontramos sábanas sucias en el piso, debajo de las camas mucha basura, comida y latas vacías y sucias, había cucarachas El agua que usa el hotel es agua salada y con olor fatal, las camas no son nada comas y el sofá cama super incómodo. Para llegar a la playa hay que caminar y las calles están en reparación por lo que huele a caño el paso para la playa. Las albercas son frías y tambien agua azufrada. La verdad por la cantidad de gente que recibe el hotel debería tener sus instalaciones más cuidadas y usar agua potable dulce para los servicios.

La habitación tiene ccocineta y refrigerador, pero había cucarachas. El agua que usan es salada y huele muy mal, azufrada. Tuvimos problema con el excusado en una habitación. El agua de la regadera fatal, no dura caliente.

Here are a few things that made this stay unlivable for us: There are flies in the room! Balcony door doesn't lock. Bathroom doesnt have sufficient amenities (no bath mat, hot water was not turned on, broken drawers, no hair dryer). I had requested for a hair dryer a week before my arrival, but they ran out of them. To get a hair dryer, they asked me to come back the next day after 12pm when the other guests are check out and try my luck!! Who wants to waste time on vacation for basic things like hair dryer. I wish I had just packed mine! No phone in room, have to walk across the building/street to talk to reception, and after 8 pm, there is no one there. Whatsapp msging/response is very, very slow. Towels terrible quality. Unpleasant look of the room furniture/cabinets. Bed not comfortable and no comforter. I had to request for 2 additional bedsheets instead. Kitchen sink is rusty and overall kitchen is so worn down that we could not even think of touching it! The free full breakfast at a nearby restaurant starts at 8:30am. If your guided activities/tour starts before 8:30am, please know that the restaurant does not provide boxed breakfast to go since they open only at 8:30am.

This property was not as advertised. The room was very dirty from the walls, dishes, bathrooms. The fridge was leaking and no one came to fix it, things were broken, patio door could not be locked, elevator broke. Would not stay here again.

The room did not have a microwave, the sofa bed was broken, the stove burners were disgusting, kitchen poorly stocked, no hand towels, dishrags, or washcloths, no hand soap, no daily cleaning, no deadlock on door, broken window latch, torn curtain, no beach towels or umbrellas at pool, not on the beach. The breakfast is at a restaurant down the street - good food. Feel the pictures and reviews are misleading. Certainly not a luxury motel.

False advertisement! Property IS NOT ON A PRIVATE BEACH. Washroom door was broken, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, kitchen was not clean. A complete scam when compared with reviews and pictures. Staff really tries hard to answer to every request but they cannot solve that the advertisement is a complete scam!

This hotel took my breath away. Rooftop pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea was the highlight of my trip. I could have stayed there forever. Our studio was large, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a kitchen that had everything I needed. Every evening, I sat on the pool deck watching the sun dip into the sea. The colors were unreal! staff were so kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. I loved that the hotel was peaceful but still close to everything.

I stayed here for a week, and it was one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve ever had. My studio suite had a beautiful view of the next door resort, and the pool area was simply stunning. It overlooked the Caribbean Sea, and I could spend hours just floating and watching the horizon. kitchen was clean and fully stocked, which made it easy to cook simple meals. Hotel staff were friendly and very professional, always checking to make sure everything was perfect.
