The staff definitely stood out however when i told them they have me the wrong room, i paid for oceanview and they gave me a room that was not oceanview. Three security guards were absolutely amazing! Both day shif and night shift. Front desk staff was great as well. I only wish i would have got the view i paid for. I showed them proof but no manager was called or notified. That's why i have to give a 3 otherwise would have been a 5 for sure. Its Right by the beach and a very good restaurant! Literally no other complaints.

Extremely beautiful clean and spacious condo in Punta Cana way better than expected for the price. Private parking in property, beautiful pool infront of the beach and very safe. Positives: The property was beautiful, staff were always available if something was needed and were very helpful in coordinating airport pickup and dropoff. The pool was perfect for young kids as there was a shallow pool, as well as a deep area for adults. Bedrooms and living quarters were tastefully furnished, and made us feel at home during our stay. Negatives: We did have a 8 hours period were there was no running water, and alerted the staff, would mentioned it was due to a repair they were making to the pool. We would have appreciated a heads up so we could plan our cooking, laundry and showers accordingly. Additionally, the windows in the bathrooms were the only ventilation when showering, and were unable to be closed and secured. When i made note of this to staff, they said someone would come and look, but it was never addressed for our 7 day stay.

First, the staff at the front desk and the guard were extremely kind an helpful! BUT, I booked a beach front view 3/3 bath. Well, we could see the beach, but it was not beach front so don't be deceived. NOTE: our electricity bill was and additional $136 for 5 days, but we knew there was an extra charge for electricity. They also wanted to charge me $65 for 2 towels and 2 hand towels. Why, cause I washed, in the unit's washing machine, 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels with 2 beach towels. The beach towels made the other towels a very very faint hint of blue, nothing that bleach wouldn't take out. Wish I would've taken a photo of them. They said they have other units towels that did the same thing. Which I responded they should then have a notice on the washing machine or somewhere else visible NOT to wash the bathroom towels with the beach towels. The front desk attendant agreed. I was also trying to check out 1 day early and receive a refund at Hurricane Milton was barreling for our home in Florida but no one would work with us to refund us 1 night of $500. So, I likely would not stay at these condos again. Might I suggest the Melia Caribe Beach Resort!!

Perfection in the beach.

Loved this place. The staff were so friendly, you are right in the beach and there a a few nice restaurants nearby. The condo itself was large and well appointed.

It’s beautiful!!! This condo is very spacious. The beach theme decor is fantastic. The balcony with the ocean view is breathtaking. Your vacation starts the moment you enter this place. The pool with plenty of chairs and umbrellas is great. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The only con is the seaweed on the beach. Condo great-view great- pool great- staff great!!!!

If you’re looking for an honest review, here is one. This place was absolutely WONDERFUL!! Very clean apartments, safe, quiet environment, friendly staff and service. The beach was very beautiful. And well kept. I do wish the shower temperature was a bit warmer (I take hot showers) it was lukewarm at best. The apartment has everything you need for a short or a long stay. Cold AC, great WiFi, nice pool. Has many options for food nearby that are walking distance. Would definitely return. 10/10 would recommend!

There is a lot of hiding information about this property. If you want a worry free vacation stay away from this property. Electricity and cleaning are not included. Cleaning fees are per day. I was asked a deposit for electricity for a 3-nights stay and surprisingly the electricity bill was the exact deposit amount (equivalent of one month in a north american cold winter). I booked two day long excursions so barely stay in the rooms.

Everything was perfect! Starting with the check in! All the way thru to a miss hap when my 3 year old locked the bedroom door and between Jennifer and Francisco were so fast to help even the though it was late in the evening they came to the apartment to assist. They are amazing. Anything I ask for they were there! This is an amazing property, the location, cleanliness, staff exceeded my expectations! Thank you I will be returning ASAP!
