No lo recomiendo.

El departamento tiene muchísimas camas y es acogedor. Cuenta con dos baños y tres habitaciones. Un baño está dentro de uno de los cuartos. En mi opinión es muy buen complejo y apartamento. Hay que tomar en cuanta que tiene problemas con la limpieza del lugar ya que huele mucho a húmedo y encontré cucarachas en las habitaciones. No la pasé mal pero deben mejorar mucho los apartamentos. Los precios son altos del minimarket. El personal de la recepción debe mejorar ya que intentan aprovechar de los turistas en los precios de actividades. Por lo que no recomiendo hablar de actividades con ellos. Los pagos no son como dicen que es al llegar te cobran en la tarjeta.

I booked this property with the option to pay at my arrival, we drove for 2 ours and when we finally arrived our reservation was cancelled because they try to charge my cc in the morning. No call, no email to tell us nothing. At the gate it was a mess to contact the owner and when she told us that our reservation was cancelled her solution was to book another apartment of her at double the price. Looks like is a scam she us to do as after you are there at night is impossible to find another place to stay.

Nos gusto mucho el complejo, muy lindo y agradable el muelle y demás instalaciones. Con respectó a la habitación es bastante simple, te lo presentan como apart pero no tenes los elementos basicos de limpieza. La limpieza con la que se recibió la habitación fue regular para mala; no nos dejaron amenities básicos ni toallas y un solo rollo de papel higiénico. Deberían mejorar las instalaciones y la limpieza, pero despues muy agradable bayahibe

Ek lugar en general, muy bonito, el apartamento en si, tenia el baño sucio, y mal olor, sin wi fi ,algunos muebles dañados . Faĺta de toallas, y las q estaban, demasiado pequeñas. No habia toallas para ir a la playa. No habia servicio de limpieza.

Algo bonito, pero, por mejorar

El lugar en si es impresionante, el apartamento, bonito, pero sin wifi, los baños sucios con moho en la pared, sin toallas para la playa, los cuchillos sin filo, y las de la habitacion son sumamente pequeñas y delgadas. No hay servicio de limpieza, ni escobas, y trapeador, para el aseo.

I made a reservation for this property, the reservation was confirmed and when I was on my way there, the host called and canceled. I was already on my way so I had to find a place last minute.

A la hora de llegar al establecimiento me dicen que mi reserva está cancelada pues tuve que pagar 155 por noche y en un apartamento de 2 habitaciones cuando mi reserva tenía un reserva de 3 habitaciones!

The reservation was not organized, after a while it was fixed. The room wasn’t cleaned at all. We called and it was cleaned very well. The place is ok but the outside is marvelous. I would go back and recommend it to anyone.

The apartment definitely needs some updating. The bathroom, the kitchen, even some decorative elements were in bad shape. Communication with the person in charge was frustrating, he did not respond to my messages when I told him that there were no sheets or comforter for the sofa bed. The first night we had to share our sheets with the children and we sleep alone with the comforter. The next day they put the sheets on the door, but it is not fair that we had to spend an uncomfortable night. The most pleasant thing about the hotel is the beach and the pier. But the hotel must do something with the mosquitoes and insects, we could not enjoy the afternoons in the pool because the mosquitoes bite you constantly, even having breakfast in the restaurant it happened to us.

El establecimiento es muy limpio y en el apartamento que nos toco es muy cómodo, tienen un mini parque de agua pero solo por pocas horas, lo cierran muy temprano, el proceso de check-in no es claro para una persona que viene por primera vez, ya que tienen el hotel dividido de los apartamentos alquilados, tuvo que un cliente explicarme que te envían un código para accesar a la llave del apartamento y luego ir a un escritorio no del hotel para llenar los papeles y no puedo parquearme al lado del apartamento, en fin la comunicacion fue mala.

En arrivant notre accueil n a pas été des plus agréables personne ne nous avait prévenu qu il fallait prendre contact afin d avoir un code pour obtenir la clé de notre appartement. Nous avons du attendre et nous débrouiller par nos propre moyen pour contacter une certaine Greta qui nous a communiqué le code 3h après notre arrivée par message. En découvrant l appartement il n était pas super propre . De la sauce tomate sur la table de la cuisine, un couvre lit dans notre chambre tout déchiré(autant ne pas en mettre!) Heureusement que nous avions reservé qu une seule nuit car je ne serai pas resté plus longtemps. Et lors du check out personne et pas de message . Nous avons donc laissé la clé a l endroit trouvé et nous sommes partis.

It was a terrible experience, the recepcionist at the property doesnt have any customer service skills plus the AC in the appartment was not cooling down, it got fix the day before we left, in top of the the water park is close during the week so I dont see any point to offered Tickets if we coudnt used it. We could have a better vacation experience as the área was nice and quite.

The worst experience ever. Very disappointed. The apartments looks very different than the Expedia photos. After send a message to the administration, they offert to me a rooms move to the Ibiza building and the housekeeping lady said “isn’t available”, what? The administrator say someting and the employee other things hahaha incredible. As the hotel manager I felt so bad. I never received the wristbands for the water park. As well I send a message asking for a late check out option, I never received an answer. The beach looks so different than the photos. Rooms very dirty and fans never works. Don't waste your time and money.

When I first arrived at the location, I was super excited since the reception area is nice but once I walked over to the location I was quickly disappointed. First of all the location where you leave your car and the apartment is far away and there is only one bellboy to help you make the trip. We had to wait about 10min in the sun before being able to go to our apartment. We got to the apartment block, the elevator wasn't working properly and all 3 floors of the apartment block were full of dead bugs. The apartment its self was easy to enter, the instructions the owner left were spot on. The apartment its self was not clean, there were spider webs in the kitchen celling, dirty ripped up curtains, bathroom towels with holes, dirty kitchen appliances and an over all smell of mildew. The smell of mildew and overall dust didn't allow my baby and some of the adults to sleep at night. When I first booked the apartment it said there were 3 bed rooms, one of which had double beds, which was not true. The 3rd room, was not a room, it was a mezzanine with 3 bed mattresses on the floor. The pictures that I saw on Expedia, where nothing like the apartment! The apartment is old and in bad shape it is in need of urgent TLC. The complex Cadaques has an okay pool area but the beach not so much, it's full of rocks! Not great for kids! Through out the complex there was no real security nor social distancing of any sort. I would not book this apartment nor the complex its self again.
