Una decepción

El lugar es lindo, las unidades son lindas pero le falta mantenimiento. Las puertas no cierran bien y se trancan. La comida es muy poco variada, el restaurante para snacks tiene comida de muy mala calidad, hamburguesas baratas, pizza con muy poca pinta, panchos baratos. un all inclusive muy pobre.

Hotel en muy malas condiciones.

El hotel la verdad esta muy deteriorado en lo que respecta a las instalaciones y sobre todo a las habitaciones, paredes descascaradas, colchones vencidos, puertas que no cierran, placares en muy mal estado y hasta matamos cucarachas dentro de la habitracion!. La piscina estaba realmente sucia, no pudimos utilizarla, turbia y con basura flotando en la superficie, realmente no estaba mantenida como para su uso. El desayuno muy lamentable, no habia nada para comer, ni tomar cuando llegamos, se habia terminado todo ya que el hotel estaba lleno y no reponian, teniamos que pedir y quedarnos al lado de las mesas para poder servirnos a penas reponian algo, relamente nunca vi algo asi en ningun hotel del mundo, para ofrecer un servicio asi de desayuno es mejor no ofrecerlo. La relacion calidad precio es extremadamente mala, no vale la pena pagar lo que vale este hotel para las condiciones en que se encuentra y para no tener ningun buen servicio. La verdad no lo recomiendo y tampoco me volveria a hospedar alli.

NO RECOMENDABLE

El parque y la pileta son muy lindos. La atención en la recepción es mala, no saben informar lo más elemental. No es cierto que hay traslado gratuito al aeropuerto y menos a la playa como dice la pagina del hotel. Wi fi sólo en la recepción y en el bar. No hay cómo comunicarse con la recepción desde las habitaciones. Hay cucarachas.

Buenísimo

Fuimos en pareja en una escapada de fin de semana sin niños. En el contexto climático de una de las peores tormentas de los últimos 50 años en Uruguay. El Complejo estaba para nosotros, el personal super amable, la cama confortable y tuvieron la atención de llevarnos el desayuno a la habitación. Encontramos lo que buscábamos. La pasamos muy bien. Gracias

No tome la reserva fui al lugar malisimo

No pude alojarme quisieron darnos una hab rota sin agua caliente sucia y con perdida de agua por todos lados. Un horror.Nos fuimos .y nos devolvieron la reserva .Se rompió el baucher.

Estrutura tem que melhorar

Estive lá de 28/12/13 a 01/01/14 com mulher e filho pequeno. Faltou água 1 dia. Faltou luz na noite de reveillon e não voltou no dia seguinte até a hora de ir embora. A TV a cabo não funcionou por 2 dias. A estrutura de beira de praia está abandonada, não é o que mostra no site. O café da manhã é aceitável. Os quartos são razoáveis. O atendimento é gentil. O bom é a proximidade da praia e piscina. Serviço de quarto bom (camareiras).
