Nos pasó que tuvimos que ir 3 veces a recepción porque las tarjetas no abrían la puerta de la habitación. Además se rompió la cisterna del baño. Por el COVID 19 había que hacer reserva de todo tipo de actividad, desde lo más mínimo y no fue comunicado al momento de hacer la reserva. Muy lindo el parque. La habitación cómoda. La limpieza está bien. No cuentan adentro con un almacén o supermercado para comprar comida, hay que salir fuera del predio en frente y el restaurante es limitado en horario y opciones y hay que reservar con tiempo. La piscina climatizada cerrada hay que reservar. Para entrar a la crystal beach hay que pagar una tarifa aparte.

Cuando llegué la habitación que recibí era muy mala, apenas entraba en la ducha. Pero la amabilidad y el profesionalismo de su personal me soluciono al otro día este inconveniente cambiándome de habitación pero pagando un plus de 25 dólares. Recién al cambiarme disfrute mi estadia

Lugar tranquilo y seguro, buena atencion del personal, faltan lugares donde tomar cafe y atencion por problemas basicos de automotores,( asistencia por falta de bateria) , el resto muy bueno y recomendable.

Excelente complejo pero patética organización

El complejo es excelente, tiene todo lo que se necesita para no salir del mismo (piscinas, playa, restaurante, juegos para niños), pero la organización es malísima. Me alojé en el Greenpark, uno de los sectores de Solanas pero parece ser "semi-independiente".Por ejemplo, las tarjetas de toallas que te dan en Greenpark no sirven para Solanas y viceversa. Si la reserva la haces a través de Solanas, tenes que ir a la recepción de ellos primero a hacer el check-in y después a la de Greenpark a que te den las llaves de la habitación. Lo mismo con el check-out. Además dentro de greenpark, algo que me pareció de muy mala organización, es que cada torre pertenece a un sector ahí dentro por lo que las tarjetas de toallas que te dan no las podes canjear en cualquiera de las piscinas, solo la que te corresponde. Podrían unificar esto así no tenes que ir de piscina en piscina viendo cual te corresponde, si es un único sector dentro de Solanas. Por último, la playa de Solanas el domingo estaba CERRADA!!! A quién se le ocurre cerrar la playa un domingo??? Con el calor que hacía y la cantidad de gente que había, podrían abrirla en los últimos días de la temporada baja antes que llegue la alta (que imagino sí está abierta). SI VAN, VAYAN CON PACIENCIA!! ahhh y con auto, porque todas las distancias son relativamente lejos.

Beautiful resort, poor services

Stayed Saturday to Monday. Poor check in, very slow, staff appeared to lack interest in customers. An hour to get a room. On Sunday WiFi not available in our room all day. No solution given. In the early evening,no hot water. Callling to request help, we were told our building was not having hot water until Monday. Nobody informed us, maintenance never appeared and no solution given. PdelE has many options. Why bother returning to Solanas?

Buenas instalaciones, malos horario de checkin/out

Todo muy bien, una lastima los horarios de checkin (16 hs) y Checkout (10 hs) , donde a pesar de no haber mucha gente, exigen que se respeten en forma estricta.

Hotel con muy buenos servicios para chicos

todo fue espectacular, el único inconveniente es que el papel higiénico no te lo da la gente de limpieza de las habitacion, sino que lo tenes que pedir en recepción y tardaron 48 hs en traerlo.

Péssimo quarto! Resort razoável.

Fizemos a reserva baseado em fotos só hotéis.com, porem as fotos se referem as unidades forrest e green park, mas o quarto da reserva sai como royalmar...só descobrimos isso quando chegamos no quarto década de 80, apertado, com azulejos quebrados e no qual o Wi-Fi não funciona! Horrível! Fuja do roylamar! O resort é bom, praia artificial bem arrumada, boas piscinas e academia razoável, mas royalmar, nem pensar!

Nice Option For Area

Nice option for the need to be in the area. The accommodations were sufficient. The restaurant was a highlight. The staff was quite friendly and we really appreciated their attentiveness. The resort is a 20 minute drive to Punta del Este. We spent a considerable amount of time there.

It appears that this "hotel" is undergoing some construction and renovations and may be improved once the lagoon and other updates are completed. Until then, I would not recommend staying here.

First thing the key didn't work in the lock, the toilet didn't flush and that was after they asked me to pay again. Then they wanted my receipt sent to me. This seems like a destination resort because there isn't much around. Taxi cabs are very expensive. The restaurant had very limited hours. The gentleman at the front desk was very patient and helpful as I don't speak Spanish

Excelente todo. La atención fue muy cálida por parte de todo el personal. Lo único que si se va en invierno hay que pedir estufa para el baño sobretodo si se va con niños porque no hay calefacción en el baño. Tienen un buenm mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Es un lugar recomendable.
