Hotel sin mantenimiento, no recomendable

Se nota que las instalaciones no tienen mantenimiento desde hace muchos años, al igual que la limpieza que es la mínima, y hasta había sabanas manchadas de sangre en una de las camas. Cobrar 90 dólares por eso realmente es un despropósito. No lo recomiendo.

El lugar tiene mucho potencial para ser un muy buen hospedaje pero lamentablemente solo tiene un buen parque y pileta. La entrada es poco accesible, sobre todo de noche es muy oscuro y no hay mucha señalización. Deberian iluminar mas y poner carteles más vistosos. Con una buena inversion, seria un gran hotel en el medio del bosque y junto al lago. Si se busca algo cercano a la ciudad, no lo recomiendo pero si buscan paz, si. Las habitaciones limpias aunque la ropa de cama no ta to y hasta toallas rotas. Podrian limpiar mejor las griferias e inodoro ya q salia olor feo siempre. Un tv con 3 canales para ver no sirve y la señal de wifi era muy mala.

Hotel cómodo y con una bella vista.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy linda, con mucha naturaleza y de fácil acceso. Las instalaciones no son nuevas pero están en correctas condiciones. Le faltaría agregar servicios, como el desayuno.

Decepcionante Estancia

El entorno donde se encuentra el hotel es excelente, super tranquilo, lamentablemente los servicios que brinda no acompañan. Ropa de cama rota (quemada con cigarros), toallas de baño rotas y manchadas (debimos cambiarlas dos veces), servicio de TV cable deficiente, con suerte se pueden ver 3 canales los cuales son prefijados desde Administración para todo el complejo. No ofrecen desayuno, pero tampoco brindan al huésped la posibilidad de contar con una Cafetera (no existe cafetera en el complejo, pese a que tiene un salon comedor muy bien puesto). Les aconsejo no llegar tarde a realizar el check in y/o prever el check out con anticipación, ya que no hay personal permanentemente en recepción. A cierta hora cierran la entrada principal con llave y si sos huésped debes acceder a las habitaciones por los laterales del hotel. Sinceramente esperaba otra cosa por el precio y el lugar donde esta ubicado. Dudo que volvería.

Decadente.

Acredito que este hotel já deve ter tido seu período positivo, porém, está decadente. As instalações são amplas e bonitas, mas estão muito mal conservadas. Ele está próximo ao lago, cercado de natureza e alguns apartamentos tem uma vista muito bonita. O ponto fraco é o atendimento, que é totalmente amador. Não há serviço de café da manhã.

Estadía en el Posta del Lago

La experiencia fue muy buena salvo que mi reserva era para los dias 12 de febrero al 15 y a último momento (previo haber mandado un par de mails) me avisan sin motivo alguno que era a partir del dia 15 al 18... puse mi mejor voluntad y fuimos igual pero sinceramente era para hacer flor de reclamo. Mas allá de eso todo estuvo muy bien, disfrutamos de la piscina, el entorno muy lindo y tranquilo y la habitación cómoda y limpia

Horrible. LLegamos a hospedarnos y nos dijeron que no tenian nuestra reserva. Espero no hayan cargado ningun cargo en nuestra tarjeta de credito. Nos ofrecieron quedarnos en una habitacion sin AA, sinn TV, sin frigobar ni cama doble, osea una estafa.

Bastante malo.

Las habitaciones en mal estado de cuidado, ropa de cama con agujeros, baño con falta de mantenimiento, realmente de cuarta. Lo único lindo fue el parque y la pileta. Wifi gratis solo cerca de recepción. La tv solo 4 canales agarraba. Ah para finalizar, la última noche llegamos y no estaba hecha la cama y menos habían cambiado las toallas. Me fui a quejar a recepción y no había nadie que se hiciera cargo porque solo había recepcionista hasta las 21hs

Muy lindo lugar para descansar en familia

Las habitaciones comodas la cama es amplia y muy comoda . Para los que quieren tranquilidad este hotel es especial ya que se encuentra alejado del movimiento de punta del este. Personal muy amable. Falta un poco de mantenimiento.

Falta un inversor que levante el hotel

El hotel está en un lugar hermoso. Pero no hay esfuerzo por mantenerlo. Las sábanas de una de las camas tenían una mancha de sangre. Lo vimos al acostarnos a la 1 de la mañana. Nos la cambiaron enseguida y dijeron que era mancha de óxido. Dormimos allí una noche pero hicimos vida afuera. Cenamos en el Hotel del Lago y almorzamos en Casapueblo.

Puede y debería mejorar mucho!!

Creo que es un hotel que esta mal trabajado!! Tiene un entorno hermoso, un edificio comodo. Lamentablemente falta mucha inversion en mejorar las habitaciones (ropa de cama, decoracion, baños). Ademas la habitacion no esta limpia en lo absoluto. No cuenta con personal entre las 12.00 AM y las 10.00 AM con lo que si tenes algun problema es dificil de resolver.

EM HIPÓTESE ALGUMA FIQUE NESTE HOTEL!!

Hotel abandonado! Cheguei as 17 horas de uma terça-feira e não havia ninguém na recepção. Um rapaz surgiu para me entregar as chaves do quarto e depois sumiu. Quarto com lençóis manchados, toalhas rasgadas, nem a descarga do vaso funcionava. Fui tomar banho e a água estava congelando. Não sei como o hoteis.com ainda divulga um lugar como esse! Experiência terrível!
