「The view from the property can only be described as AMAZING. The surrounding environment was so peaceful and tranquil. The daily evening performance by the staff made us feel so welcomed. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. However, I cannot say the same of the staff at the check in counter. It was a pity that they were not warm or friendly. 」

「I am from the US. This is my first time here. Excellent customer service. Especially the welcoming culture is very friendly. Made me feel very welcome. Every welcoming staff I encountered was well trained. Well trained staff.」

「The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The serve good quality coffee and has a trained barista.
The only downside is some of the rooms heating isn’t working at all. 」
