"Had to move 3 times due to no maintenance person at night and the next room no tv and 3 rd room the bed was way to soft. Breakfast was only waffles yogurts and boiled eggs and bagels and muffins. Not a good breakfast. Workers were nice. "

"$10 charge per night for parking. Need a special card to turn the power on in your room. No trash bags in garbage cans which seems like a terrible idea for a hotel with a kitchen. "

"The check in staff were very accommodating and friendly. The cleaning staff excellent. However, management & maintenance need improvement. My husband and I were very disappointed with the area designated for pets & service animals…poop bag dispenser bags completely out of bags. The grounds were in disarray… garbage & soggy wet cigarette butts overflowing the outside ashtrays. The pool area had no towels. Water in the pool way too cold but the heat in hot tub was great. We had been looking forward to the breakfast as it was great approx 2-3 years ago when we last stayed. We were some of the first guests to go down for breakfast. There were greasy sausages and potatoes and no eggs…with basic other items. Someone could have walked over to Walmart & perhaps made a batch of hard boiled? To be so unprepared for Easter weekend. When I spoke with the Assistant Manager she didn’t seem too concerned, perhaps not the first time? The rooms are showing their age. Overall happy but afraid that management needs to pull up their socks a bit as there are other choices out there that are available."
