「The room was clean. There was a storm so there was no TV or internet. The breakfast was delicious. The desk told me the breakfast was from 6am to 9am. We didn't go until 8:35, they had all the foods still and they were still fresh. For check-in I waited at least 10 minutes and I have a cane and that was a long time. The desk had a sign up that someone would be there soon. Several employees walked by but none said they would go get someone to help us. By then the line had 3 people.」

「When we arrived I thought I was at the wrong place, it looked like an army barracks. From the pictures I was hoping for a key west vibe.. not so much, opened the door to our 2 bedroom suite in the first floor, facing the pool and immediately hit the bed with the door. The room was extremely small. Leftover food in the mini fridge, toilet had no water to flush, wet left and at least the 2 girls that were there were very nice and the maintenance guy/ desk clerk/ maybe manager did show us...

「Room was very clean and everything was perfectly functional. The outdoor gas fireplaces were enjoyable in the evening. The included breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items and the coffee was outstanding.」
