"Ramada was a wonderful hotel, and we had a great stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning it every day and restocking everything we needed. "I booked and paid for 4 nights. I left after one - paid for alternative accomodation and forfeited what I had already paid. The property was very run down and I felt unsafe. It was about 500m off the main thoroughfare. At the start of the overgrown, unlit road in was a derelict building that was scary itself. Even the Grab drivers were confused as to whether there was accommodation down there. My room was a container - quirky but not when the air conditioning running at 16 degrees centigrade...

"Great hotel in Kuah. We booked this hotel after a bad experience at another hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was just amazing. Nice spacious room with a view of the pool. There are plenty of shops and food places near by however it is far from the beach."
