Location was great. Rooms are clean. We did not take the breakfast service as we had adventures each day that started at 7:00 AM. Its a great basecamp

A good option for a few nights on a budget
A basic bugdget accommodation. I had a large room, very basic but as expected. 3 beds, table and open wardrobe. Breakfast was good, although the upper floor area could really benefit from a bit of a spruce up, its a shame they don't make more use of the roof top area. It's currently not a pleasant place for eating!!!! But could be a nice place to chill with a bit of effort.
Water (hot and cold) available 24/7 in lobby area. Sodas and beer also available.
Only met the manager (Byron, i think) who was friendly, polite and helpful. He also booked an excursion at a good price.
A good option for a few nights on a budget.

When we arrived they did not have the room we had booked, we had to take a smaller room. Two days without water to shower and 4 days without hot water. One morning there was no breakfast because there was a power outage. They do not offer toiletries, and towels were often missing after cleaning. They also do not have laundry service at the hotel.
