All the staff at Bellevista were so helpful and patient with us (as we asked a million questions every day). They gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do and see. We had a lovely view of the volcano and lake. We loved our stay here.

Desde que llegamos la atención en el front desk no fue buena. La habitación si estaba limpia pero era toda antigua, tenía un mueble para el frigobar pero no había frigobar, no tenía aire acondicionado y en pleno verano se hace insoportable el calor de la noche. Lo único rescatable fue la vista por estar en el quinto piso. La tarjeta del cuarto se desactivaba literal cada vez que salía así que durante tres días estuve teniendo que activarla varias veces. El desayuno rico pero con pocas opciones. Para usar la piscina tienes que separar turno y llevar gorro porque sino te lo alquilan ahí.

This property has a beautiful view. That's all. The room ($200 us) had NO amenities. No Kleenex. One plug. Very weird addition to be used as (closet?). Ancient fixtures in the bathroom. Missing a lampshade and none of the lights matched. Basically it had no decor. No coffee. Rug was threadbare. Towel warmer didn't work. We have stayed at Motel 6's that had more amenities and more charm. The lobby is very nice. The breakfast was quite large and varied. I think it was very overpriced.

Great view but on top of traffic.
The location was great, right downtown and on the bay, it was right in the activity or festival and walking distance to rental kayaks, etc. Our room had a beautiful view of Volcan Orsono. It's also right on top of the street that borders the bay. It's an older building, with no heat or AC in the room (that we could find, anyway). To cool off, we had the window wide open, which was OK during the day, but when we wanted to sleep, we had to close the window to keep out traffic noise, so it got a bit toasty. Great breakfast. Good restaurant for dinner, as well. Staff was quite nice.

Excelente hotel en Pto Varas. Sin duda volveremos
El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable en Puerto Varas y las habitaciones estaban bien equipadas y con unas vistas espectaculares. El personal siempre atento y muy amable. Algunas observaciones para mejorar: - La calefacción de la habitación no se podía bajar. - Las almohadas son muy altas e incómodas. - Los servicios de Spa, sauna y de relajación, se deben reservar por separado y sólo admiten una habitación por hora. Esto se nos informó al llegar al hotel, por lo que no pudimos disponer de las instalaciones. Debería informarse con tiempo.

Great location, beautiful views, easy parking. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. They had live music on upstairs deck which was nice but the service was horrible. Beds could be upgraded for price of stay.

There is a patio right next to my room with very loud noise of music playing constantly. group people would go to the patio and being very very loud till very late at night. requested if possible for me to remove my room since it was so loud, they refused it, so no I do not recommend this place to anybody. Staff weren’t very helpful or accommodating. View from the room is beautiful. That’s a only good thing about this hotel 😞👎👎

É um hotel antigo mas aconchegante e extremamente bem localizado. Fica na beira do lago, e para ter uma vista maravilhosa, deve-se pedir um quarto com vista. Meu quarto tinha vista para o lago e vulcao Osorno.

Poderia ser beeem melhor.
A localização do hotel é perfeita, a vista dos quartos incrível. A equipe em sua maioria é muito atenciosa e simpática, mas tive um problema com aquecedor do quarto que estava quebrado e não desligava, um atendente me disse que poderia me dar um ventilador caso sentisse calor, pois o hotel não possui ar condicionado. Apesar do hotel ser aconchegante, sua estrutura pode melhorar muito.

Bring right on the lake with a view from your room cannot be beat. We loved this quirky hotel with so much history and character. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was extensive and wonderful. The pool was inviting and the real fire in the common space made us feel cozy and warm on a chilly rainy day. There is even a reading space with books to borrow.

Siempre en mis viajes al sur, mi estadía es con ustedes, y ahora hice una reserva, llego de noche y la sorpresa es q la persona a cargo de gestionar no lo hizo, ante lo cual debí reubicarme en la ciudad, lo que me llevo horas poder encontrar un lugar que me hospedara, lamentablemente horrible todo.

Beautiful views and peaceful place
This place is very peaceful and the location is excellent facing the lake Llanquihue. The hotel had a bar, restaurant and even lots of places to relax such as a library. Breakfast was also good. People were helpful.
