"We had a great stay and paid a fair value for a beautiful room with lake and volcanos view. It is true the hotel needs some updating, specially in tje exterior pool, garden and painting. Some interior details were already updated and very nice. We loved the reading room, the poems along the walls and the corridors lights."

"Horrid horrid room. Owners above were extremely loud until midnight most nights. Busy road right outside. Very loud music going on until 4am on NYE, right below the room. No staff entered the room the whole 4 days I was there & I had to ask for more toilet paper & for the tiny bin of used toilet paper to be emptied. Not even a mirror in the room. If you don't speak Spanish, be prepared to use your translator the whole time. Could not wait to leave."

"This place was terrible. We slept in a tiny shipping container!!! They did not clean it before we arrived. They did not give us the TV or towels that they promised. It is absolutely terrible! We would have been better off sleeping in the car!"
