We just stayed at Mi Otra Casa and it was fabulous. The location is second to none. Less then 100 yards from the downtown plaza. The place was super clean and very well maintained. Alicia and Rigo were unbelievably kind and helpful. Gave us a garage to park and charge the golf cart. They had beach mat, umbrellas and chairs to use that we took to the beach. The daily room cleaning was immaculate. Beach towels provided we brought back. The pool temp was perfect and super clean. If you are going to Sayulita stay here it’s close to everything. We had room #4 the Agua room with our own private hot tub on the balcony. It was absolutely perfect and we will 100% be returning here! Don’t sleep on the El Pastor Tacos on the corner they are FIRE!

This was a very neat and clean place. Lots of attention to details from all the plants on the property to the artwork and furnishings. The staff was very helpful and friendly too. I highly recommend.

Stayed Feb 13-17th 2026 Rooms : Exceptional Room service : Perfect ! Morning breakfast cooked directly in front of you , served to you , fresh juice daily . Even cooks up desired dishes . ALICIA was always ready to help , clean , cook , rooms were always perfectly neat once we returned from town. Rigoberto is a maintenance an more ao the go to guy Once we booked he was our direct contact., He tended personal errands , took me to town on an emergency I had( dental ) He provided the best do’s and don't s on where to go Versus other options . ( it helped we rented a car at airport ) Noise level : Didn't bother me or us much , but I was told it you want peace and quiet come later in the summer . The town does not shut down till 3-4 am so the music is always on. That makes it amazing if you're in Sayulita for a good time , thats the place to go. Sayulita give you everything in one town , and MI Otra Casa gives you peace of mind , you are just one city block from the the main square , Beach : Mi otra casa is walking distance , the time to hit the beach ? 5 min at best ! Safety & Personal property : the home is secure , you will get a safe w/ key . Gate code to enter . And there is security camera monitoring. The upper deck ? Amazing view. Tranquil in the morning for coffee and reading. Second floor has a pool with a beach feel. Great for some one on one time with your significant other. Mi Otra Casa for me what made it best was the staff, we already making return plans

Everything was perfect. I LOVE and I mean LOVE Sayulita. I wanted to stay at Mi Otra Casa forever. Rigoberto and Alicia are wonderful. The breakfasts are so delicious! I can’t say enough. I put earplugs in and was never bothered by the party in the square- just use your head! I went solo but got the honeymoon suite so I could enjoy the outdoor bath and I was in that thing everyday. The property is so gorgeous. I will be back. Go whale watching and surf! Highly highly recommend Mi Otra Casa!

We stayed in the Palapa suite with the thatched roof on the top floor. The staff was so nice, the room was beautiful as well as the common areas. The pool was pristine and good for any comfort level of being in the water with lots of seats and ledges. *If you are a light sleeper, the thatched roof does not block out the music from the town, not the fault of the hotel so it does not change my review

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s very close to the main plaza and the view from the balcony is exceptional. It is a very cozy room. There’s plenty of space and for about $10 housekeeping will do your laundry for you. Be aware that you are about 100 feet from the loudest part of the town so it does stay very loud till very early in the morning so definitely bring earplugs or a noise machine, but that’s to be expected if you’re staying this close to the main plaza I would recommend this place. It has an exceptional rooftop bar and Terrace with a wonderful view. It is up a steep hill, but it’s only about 100 feet and most people rent golf carts anyway like I did

I had a wonderful stay at Mi Otra Casa. Rigo and Alicia were very welcoming and friendly and made my stay in Sayulita feel like home. Alicia cooked me breakfast every morning with eggs and toast and fruit while Rigo helped me navigate the town with my limited grasp on the Spanish language. Sayulita can be a noisy place at night and Rigo did all he could to accommodate me and make my stay first rate. Highly recommend Mi Otra Casa.

We had a wonderful stay at Mi Otra Casa! The facility is very clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent. Rigoberto was incredibly attentive and always available to help with anything we needed. Meals were offered at the house, but we chose to explore and eat in town instead. The location is convenient and peaceful, though it can get a bit loud at night due to nearby clubs — earplugs helped. Aside from that, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely recommend MOC to anyone visiting Sayulita!

No staff to assist with anything in the evening even though we were told to call if we needed anything. Very dangerous stairway. Three flights of stairs with no handrails. No bar, spa, or available breakfast even though it is advertised as having these amenities. Only 2 chairs by the pool. Extremes disappointed in this hotel and do not recommend. Not as advertised as all.

Property is nice, staff is very friendly and attentive. It's right off of the town square in a convenient location. It is on the hill, so if stairs or climbing is problematic this might not be the right fit for you. Due to the location it can be very noisy at night, especially on weekends or holidays. Earplugs are recommended for sleeping.

Nice boutique hotel. Room was very large and nicely decorated and very comfortable, with a great view. Staff was great, service and attention was great. Only disappointment was the pool was closed for repairs, and pools are important in Mexico.
